Tenants get a Sky Garden and an indoor running track, the first in a Hong Kong commercial building. There are 201 car parking spaces.
Spaces takes Levels 4, 5 and 6. Rooms come furnished, from one person to more than twenty, on a three month minimum. A room for one is 36 sq ft and HK$4,600 a month. The walk from the station is on the pavement. Hysan has gazetted covered links across the estate, dated May 2023 and due from 2026. The entrance is an office lobby on the street, not a route through a mall. These are low floors with a street outlook. The Sky Garden and the indoor running track are on the ninth floor. Clear headroom is 2.90 metres, about half a metre more than the 1970s buildings five minutes south.
Lee Garden One and Two are on the same stretch of street with their restaurant floors, and Hysan Place is two minutes away.
